Old Fashioned Cocoa Brownies
No frosting, just a great chewy brownie recipe!

Yield: 3 dozen cookies
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 cups granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
• 1 cup butter, softened		 • 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a large bowl, by hand stir together all ingredients except walnuts until well mixed. Stir in walnuts. Spread into a greased 13 x 9 inch baking pan.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until brownies just begin to pull away from sides of pan. DO NOT OVERBAKE. Cool completely; cut into bars.
